PW Series Power Wing Chucks

Three-jaw and two-jaw power wing chucks are ideal for casting or forging work. Draft angles of 20° can be securely gripped using the PW Series Chucks’ radial and pull-back jaw stroke. High Performance 6 Jaw Chucks

Operating on a 2+2+2 clamping system, these chucks offer the ability to hold thin wall parts with minimal distortion.

Our 6 jaw chucks offer the ability to hold thin wall parts with minimal distortion. These chucks operate on a 2+2+2 clamping system meaning that the grip surface will be chucked in its naturally out of round condition. This results in minimal distortion to the machined area. If you machine an internal diameter it will remain round after it is un-chucked.

These chucks are also offered in a counter balanced configuration, resulting in higher speeds and less clamp force needed. Kitagawa-NorthTech also provides full engineering support, design and build mounting hardware, jaws and locators.
